- This visit does not include the arena or the underground of the Colosseum
- Please remember to bring a valid passport or ID card and wear comfortable clothing suitable for walking.
- The following items are not permitted: pets, weapons or sharp objects, luggage or large bags, alcohol or drugs, sprays or aerosols, glass objects, and explosive substances.
- All visitors must pass through a metal detector security check to enter the Colosseum. Please note that there may be a waiting time during peak hours.
- The Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill may be subject to closures due to security reasons or public events.
- As of October 18, 2023, nominative tickets are required for entry to the Colosseum. All guests must carry a valid ID, and the name on the ticket must match the name on the ID. Entry will be denied without a matching ID, and no refunds will be issued for incorrect information.
- Please note that the order of the itinerary may vary. You might visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill before entering the Colosseum.
- Colosseum tickets are non-refundable. Late arrivals will forfeit entry, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Your tour voucher will be emailed to you 3–5 days before the experience.
